Studies with a view to obtaining the Diplôme d'Etat de docteur en pharmacie (State Diploma of Doctor of Pharmacy) consist of the following:

  • two years of undergraduate studies
  • two years of graduate studies
  • postgraduate studies including a fifth University Hospital year and:
    • either a professionally oriented sixth year consisting of the presentation of a thesis; these two years represent general Pharmacy postgraduate studies
    • or, for students who pass the internship exams, four years of specialisation during which they submit a thesis.
